A non-refundable deposit is taken at the time of appointment scheduling. This deposit is taken to secure your appointment time and allows your artist to start working on the design. You must read and agree to this policy at the time of scheduling.
I understand all tattoo deposits are non-refundable.*
I understand that for multi-session tattoos, the deposit will be held as payment toward the last and final session.*
Upon paying the deposit, I acknowledge that I have communicated my tattoo design idea to the artist to my satisfaction, and have review the artist's prior works to decide that the artist can implement my idea to my satisfaction.*
I understand that if the design is not to my liking upon time of appointment, changes can be made at the artist's discretion and the appointment can be rescheduled.*
I understand that substantial design change requests, or requesting an entirely new design will require a new deposit and the original deposit will be forfeited as payment for the artist's drawing time.*
I understand that no drawings or drafts of designs are emailed prior to appointment.*
The deposit will be forfeited in full under any of these conditions at the artist discretion:
I do not appear for my scheduled tattoo appointment;
I cancel or reschedule an appoinment without giving a minimum of 48 hours notice;
I arrive 20+ min late without notifying my artist;
I reschedule 2 or more times for the same tattoo, regarless of notice;
I am noticeable under the influence of a substance that may cause inebriation;
I am physically unable to be tattoo due to skin condition or damage including but not limited to: sunburn, abrasions, etc.
