Do I need an appointment?

Walk-ins can be accommodated depending on the schedule! Always a good idea to call the shop you'd like to visit to see what availability looks like!

What is your refund policy?

Tattoo services and deposits are non-refundable. All body jewelry and piercing services are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded. Most of our jewelry is guaranteed by the maker and can be repaired in circumstances where a stone is lost, a pin is broken, or other defect occurs. By making a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

What do you use to pierce? 

We use single use sterile needles.

Can I see my artwork before my appointment?

We do not send artwork in advance. Your design will be ready for you when you arrive at your appointment, and there will be time built in to make any minor adjustments.
