APPRENTICE DEPOSIT POLICY

Thank you for booking your tattoo appointment with me! I am now at a point to require a deposit for your appointments with me! To confirm your spot, a non-refundable deposit of $75 is required. This deposit is the final cost of your tattoo and secures your appointment time.

I understand all tattoo deposits are non-refundable.

I understand that for multi-session tattoos, the deposit will be held as payment toward the last and final session.

I understand that Apprentice Flash is design as to be tattooed. Minor changes may be discussed with the artist.

I understand that due to the nature of limited availability and the learning process, reschedules are not available.

I understand that no drawings or drafts are emailed or delivered ahead of scheduled appointment.

The deposit will be forfeited in full under any of these conditions at the artist discretion:

I do not appear for my scheduled tattoo appointment.
I arrive 20+ min late without notifying my artist;
I am noticeably under the influence of a substance that may cause inebriation;
I am physically unable to be tattoo due to skin condition or damage including but not limited to: sunburn, abrasions, etc.
